Group Presentation

Congratulations!
You have mastered your individual parts and have come together as a group to proceed with your help for the Beartlings. Just in the nick of time because the Bearthlings have only limited time to return to their planet Bearth.

This is where it all comes together! Each expert needs to contribute to the groups effort to put together a presentation for the Beartlings. The objective of this presentation is to give the Beartlings:

You need to make certain that all objectives are covered. To ensure that you can make proper progress, please follow below procedure:

You need to make some important decisions. The Bearthlings expect a group presentation with a handout that they can take home in addition to your individual papers. You need to assign the different tasks involved to the members of the group.
a) You need to decide how and who will do the presentation. Will you have one presenter or take turns? b) Who is responsible for the technical setup? c) Who is responsible for the final editing of the handout and who for printing? d) Document and ensure equal participation? Then you will need to make daily decisions on who will be leading that day's activity. Check here for more information: HELP
Take a minute and discuss these issues before you return the group report by following the steps below:

Now you should have all necessary information to finish your group work.
Here is some additional help for you to more efficiently complete your work.
-Set daily goals!
Know what you need and want to get done today. Be realistic and plan ahead.
-Identify tasks!
Identify and write down all the steps you will need to take to accomplish a task.
-Assign responsibilities!
Make sure that everybody knows what he/she has to do. No 'I-thought-you-did-it' excuses and delays. Assign a name to each task/step.
-Set time limits!
Be sure to know by what time you need to have certain results. The progress of other tasks probably depends on the timely accomplishment of a prior task.
-Be specific!
If you are too general in your planning you might overlook important details.
-Have a back-up and emergency procedure!
Be prepared! What if someone gets sick? Something doesn't work out. Go the safe way and have something to fall back on.
-Be responsible and prepared!
Do your part. This project can only get done if everybody does his/her part. Be a reliable partner and supportive of your team. Get your stuff done and no fake excuses. Don't procrastinate.
-Document all progress and duties!
Always have a notetaker assigned and keep track of everything you do. Use follow-up lists and monitor your progress to help you stay focused
